Our unique frameset can be configured to create the bike you want. It comes in one universal size and is adjustable for heights from 145 - 195 cm. It consists of a frame, front basket, fork and adjustable 135mm dropouts.

We will then contact you to arrange your return. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your purchase price. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same method of payment as for the original order. In the event of wear and tear, missing accessories or damage, we reserve the right not to refund the full purchase price. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service department directly.

We work with a shipping company for this purpose. As soon as your bike is ready, the courier will contact you. It usually takes 5-7 days for the bike to reach you.
